Smart.IA can route your security system through a central monitoring system alerting you via email or text message of events that you set. Be notified if the temperature in your wine cellar exceeds a certain level, or if there’s a water leak. If integrated with your Smart.IA home control system, you can adjust the temperature or shut off the water remotely.

An automated door lock is convenient and will report to your security system when someone enters or exits the house, as well as what passcode was used. You can receive a text or email when this happens allowing you to know the kids arrived home safely from school or guests have arrived. Smart.IA provides peace of mind with an automated main water valve shutoff that is triggered by sensors placed throughout the house where leaks may develop. When a leak is detected it automatically shuts off the main supply of water to the house and sends an email or text to your phone notifying you of the event and the location.
fire & Life Safety
Increase safety in the home for your family by connecting smoke, heat, and gas detectors into your system during the security installation process. When the smoke alarm is integrated it ensures rapid response from the fire department or your HVAC system can turn off to prevent fueling a fire.
